Fairford Dog Walk

The walked noted below should take about an hour but if you look on Bing Maps (OS) you can choose to extend the route at your leisure. The route has plenty of open space, access to the River Coln and no livestock.

There are plently of places to stop for refershments if you divert into Farirford or you can take a picnic to enjoy on the banks of the river.

Fairford is on the Southern edge of the Cotswolds and offers a selection of coffee shops and pubs for post walk refreshment.

The start of this walk is at the local football club but one can park in the market square too. 

St Mary's church in Fairford has one of the oldest stained glass windows in the country and they were removed during the 2nd World War to protect them from potential bomb damage.
