Ladywell House – dogs welcome, large and elegant country house set amidst hundreds of acres of farmland on the edge of the beautiful and historic village of Falkland in Fife. This Georgian home was formerly home to Frances Shand Kydd, and has been visited by Diana, Princess of Wales, and her sons, the Princes William and Harry.

The Steading Cottage is a comfortable 3-bedroomed cottage with 2 bathrooms.

Combined, Ladywell House and the Steading cottage provide space for up to 20 guests, and ideal for large groups.

Ladywell House (sleeps 14)
Ladywell House is a elegant and large Falkland holiday home, set amidst hundreds of acres of farmland on the edge of the beautiful and historic village of Falkland in Fife, built as a manse in 1806 for the Rev. George Buist, and designed by a famous architect, Thomas Barclay.

Ideal for large families and groups, the house sleeps up to 12 adults and 2 children in 6 bedrooms; there are 3 en-suite rooms, and 2 family bathrooms, and a downstairs loo.

We have a hot-tub hirer locally and we can arrange a hot tub for the duration of your stay.

The Steading Cottage (sleeps 6)
The Steading was built in 1809 and converted in 1992 to form a comfortable 3 bedroomed cottage. The cottage has recently undergone a full upgrade.

The cottage is set amidst hundreds of acres of farmland on the edge of the beautiful and historic village of Falkland in Fife.
