Help provide life changing care
We receive no direct government funding and rely on the generosity of our supporters to help us achieve our mission.
Money raised will go towards our life saving work which includes investing in our fantastic rehoming centres so that they can continue to be there for the nations dogs'; to fund preventative work to help protect dogs in the future; and to invest in, develop and promote information to help dog owners understand the needs of their canine companions.
Help provide life changing care and forever homes for our furry friends.

Reviews
“About 4yrs ago having said a sad farewell to our loyal & Trusted best friend Labrador Alfie. My friend joined me in my search of finding a new best friend at Wickford Dog Trust. The staff were very hands on & extremely helpful & knowledgeable. It turned out Marjorie the beautiful Border Collie whom we have renamed since to Marjie, clicked immediately. Hence we adopted this beautiful little lady, it wasn't easy given her sad history. But with lots of patience, love, understanding, & above all total commitment, she is the happiest, most well adjusted dog, who is loved by all the family, friends, neighbours & any one who has the pleasure to meet her. So if anyone has the commitment, time, patience, & love of giving one of these so well deserving dogs a home. Go & visit sometime soon & speak with the staff who are only too pleased to help. "Remember a dog is for life" & forever your friend" ”
