“In my view with minor issues they were fine, but when my cat fell really ill the actions taken didn't bring any result. That's why I decided to transfer my cat to another vet for the 2nd opinion. They then refused to pass it on the results of the tests done few days earlier immediately to the new vet. I have paid for those tests and had right to request them and they should provide it without the delay. Obviously it's not about the money, but the delay... I have made them well aware of the bad condition of the cat, but that didn't make any difference. Yes, veterinary practice is a business, but that’s a business which cannot run out from an empathy. Yes, we moved our cat elsewhere, but decent practice would forward the results asap and simply wished my cat speedy recovery… I believe the way how they handle termination of our cooperation was appalling.”
