Here at Welfare First Pet Care no service is the same as the next and it is never just about walking your dog. Perhaps you have a nervous dog that would benefit from enrichment time at home, or an energetic breed that would love to run free in an enclosed field, I will always adapt to meet everyone's needs. Regardless of service all human clients will receive a detailed update with photos and videos so you will know what we got up to.

Doorstep Walks
Perfect for busy pet parents. Walks start from the doorstep so no potentially stressful car rides. All dogs are walked on suitable length leads for peace of mind.

Enclosed Field Time
Can't let your dog off the lead? Let me take your dog to a fully secure field where they can run free whilst supervised.

Enrichment Visits
Incredible option for building a solid foundation of trust. Activities such as play, enrichment and cuddles can be conducted in your own home.

Pet Taxi
A great balance of comfort and safety, my exclusive pet taxi might be just what you need to transport your best friend short distances. All dogs will travel in a crash tested crate lined with soft vet bedding. (Prices vary by distance).

Some say I am dog obsessed, and I think they are right. I have worked with animals in a professional capacity for over 8 years and I would not want it any other way.

Learning has always been part of my personality. After completing an Animal Management Diploma at Writtle College I moved to Winchester to study Animal Welfare and Society. This degree was fascinating covering welfare science, applied animal behaviour and sociology. We had to think like animals and their caretakers for three years, I loved it! I left with a First- Class honours degree and newfound fire to apply what I had learned, hence starting my business.
