Our new luxury glamping on Mersea Island offers a fantastic, luxurious glamping break in the beautiful countryside of Mersea Island.
It is the perfect spot to relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Essex countryside. Our 2 safari tents and shepherds hut are perfect for families or couples looking for a quiet countryside retreat.
Located in rural East Mersea, Mersea Barns Glamping is ideally located for a trip to the beach, a visit to West Mersea or a day trip off the island to Colchester and beyond.
Safari Tents
Our safari tents sleep up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. They have a large living and dining area as well as a built in shower room and kitchen. With underfloor heating and insulated canvas you will feel cosy even on colder days.
Shepherds Huts
Our shepherds huts sleep 2 people. With a fully functional kitchenette, shower room and fixed full-size double bed for the ultimate year-round retreat.
A cosy wood burning stove will keep you warm even throughout the coldest months.
