Two minutes walk from the non-commercial sandy beaches of Jaywick Sands, this small, but perfectly formed, cottage provides modern, bright and comfortable accommodation in which to relax and unwind with long walks from Jaywick along the coast to Holland on Sea.

It has one bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with integrated drawers.  In the lounge there is a 24" LED TV with built in DVD (and CD) player with Freeview for those stay-at-home days or evenings.



The back-door steps from the lounge go out to the private enclosed garden patio area with a bench table and chair. Ideal for BBQs. The kitchen has modern electric appliances including oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. 

It is an excellent are for people, and their pets, who love long walks and miles of award-winning sandy beaches. The beach nearest Jaywick Sands is dog-friendly all year.

Sandy Cottage can accommodate up to 2 people.  Larger parties can have their own accommodation a short walk away by booking Seaside Cottage and/or Beach Cottage.
