Lee Wick Farm Cottages and Glamping in St Osyth, Essex

Our fourth generation family run farm in North Essex, is set by the coast, giving guests wonderful 'Big Sky' views of magical marshes, river estuaries and the glorious countryside surrounding our farm.
We offer a wide choice of dog friendly accommodation, some great for families, others for solo travellers and couples. Most properties have the option to add a log fired hot tub (additional cost), what could be better than a nice relaxing soak after a long dog walk?

The Cart Lodge at Lee Wick Farm sleeps up to thirteen
The Cart Lodge is dog friendly and our largest property and sleeps up to 10 – 13 people. Situated on a quiet lane away from the main farm, the building dates from the previous century and has been tastefully converted leaving some features from it’s previous life.

Inside you will find a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with log burner. A good sized utility room is adjacent to the kitchen. The spacious ground floor family sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom are also suitable for those with mobility impairment.

Upstairs, there is another large comfortable living area with sea views over the estuary and a sofa bed, plus two twin bedrooms with main bathroom adjacent to them and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities.

The Cart Lodge has a courtyard garden which stretches along two sides of the building and this contains tables, chairs, fire pit and that all important BBQ for sunny days.

A large secure storage area can be found behind the building, suitable for bicycles or windsurfing equipment for those of a sporty nature.



Stable Cottage at Lee Wick Farm sleeps two – five (plus two sofa bed)
Stable cottage was suitably converted from an old stable block on the farm, it is all on one level and has lovely views of the surrounding paddocks with horses grazing and the estuary. Stable Cottage now has a private 4 person log fired hot tub, optional to book for an additional cost.

On entering the cottage you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and seating area (with sofa bed) which has a log burner to keep the cottage cosy in the cooler days of autumn and winter. Patio doors lead to the garden with views over the mnage and paddocks to the sea. The garden has tables, chairs, fire pit, BBQ and log fired hot tub (additional cost).

Following the sloping hall-way to the other end of the cottage, a peaceful twin bedroom with en-suite shower room can be found and a larger family bedroom also with en-suite shower room, is situated at the very end of the building. In total there are five bed spaces with an additional double sofa bed in the living area.

There is a comfortable feel to Stable Cottage and it is perfect for a smaller family group, or couples that want a peaceful base close to the Suffolk border with all that the area offers. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 without prior arrangement.

Both cottages are dog friendly for up to 2 dogs per cottage at a cost of £15 per dog per booking.
