WebHainault Forest Country Park is one of the last remaining sections of the Forest of Essex, an ancient forest with over 300 acres and a former hunting ground. It is now one of the best examples of a medieval woodland still in existence.
The park contains a petting zoo, fishing lake, guided walks, bridleways and a nature trail. The country park also offers a sculpture trail and wide variety of forest walks.
