Foredown Tower/Mile Oak Farm Loops

This is a lovely walk starting from Foredown Tower where there are a few free parking spaces. A good combination of tracks to follow and fields to go through and two options depending on whether you want to do 3 miles or 4. Great views to the sea and across the South Downs with a few hills throw in, along with the potential for muddy puddles. This route is popular with dog walkers and runners alike.
