This corner of England has much to offer; the quiet of the countryside in stark contrast to city life, the coastal towns worth travelling just a little bit further for and the many fascinating landmarks and stunning gardens. Our office is set in the historic town of Battle, just opposite the Abbey, so do pop in and say hello when you visit!

It's a part of our country that's inspired great artists and been home to many a famous figure in history - being so close to the capital makes it a hotspot for quick trips and weekend forays, romantic nights away from the noise of the city.

Costers Lodge - Midhurst / Sleeps 6 + 2 cots*
Sitting in gorgeous countryside, this 100 year old luxury sandstone cottage is just a stone's throw from Cowdray House and only a five-minute drive from the centre of Midhurst. It's the perfect retreat for couples, families and friends looking to explore Cowdray and all that Sussex and the South Downs National Park has to offer.

Beautifully furnished with comfort in mind, Costers Lodge retains many of its original features and countryside charm. As you step inside the front door you are greeted by a large entrance hall. Stairs will take you up to three bedrooms all individually decorated and each having their own en suite bath/shower room.

4 Church Square - Rye  / Sleeps 2 (no children under 16)
Welcome to this gorgeous Grade II Listed cottage situated along one of Rye's famous cobbled streets, perfect for couples looking to stay in the heart of Rye.

As you enter this stunning cottage, you're greeted by a wonderful sitting-room with a cosy wood-burner, sumptuous furnishings, Smart TV and a southerly outlook through a leaded window to St Mary's Church.

Wander through to the kitchen/diner where there is a double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, in fact all you need to cook up a feast for two!

Beacon Hill Barn - Midhurst / Sleeps 4 + cot* (no children from 1 to 7)
This gorgeous barn sits in the heart of the South Downs National Park providing an excellent base for all types of rural pursuits and is perfectly positioned for visiting the towns of Midhurst, Petersfield, the coast and events at Goodwood and Cowdray Park.

Beacon Hill Barn is named after Beacon Hill which sits just above the property that forms the highest point of the hills and offers superb far-reaching views. With direct access to the South Downs Way, you will find a plethora of footpaths and trails to explore making this area popular with walkers and mountain bikers (overnight cover and secure storage for bikes is available).

Hayesland Lodge - Rye / Sleeps 2 cots
This gem is situated in a peaceful and tranquil setting in a National Landscape (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) with farmland views, a short drive from the coast and the medieval towns of Rye, Battle and Hastings.

This property has its own gated entrance and private parking. The main door of this beautifully crafted barn leads to a welcoming hallway where there is a cloakroom and door leading to the living area. The country-style kitchen has everything you need to whip up a culinary feast. There's a dining-table, two sofas, Smart TV and double doors that open to a pretty cottage garden with sun-trap patio. Lose yourself in the countryside views, with the calming surrounds of mother nature.

Strawberry Hole Barn - Rye / Sleeps 4 + 2 cots
Escape to this gorgeous thatched barn, sat in the grounds of the owners' double oast house, within walking distance of Great Dixter House and Gardens. This spacious property offers superb accommodation for up to four guests and one well behaved dog, providing the perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm.

The open plan living/dining-area is a welcoming space with high ceilings and beautiful oak beams. It provides ample space to relax, dine and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

The Old Stable - Battle / Sleeps 2 + cot

Medleys Barn - Crowborough / Sleeps 4 + 2 cots
Medleys Barn in High Hurstwood is an ideal base for exploring Ashdown Forest or for visits to Glyndebourne. Once a cart barn on a well-established fruit farm, this charming barn conversion has many beams and lovely floor to ceiling windows creating a light and homely vibe.

Relax on one of the comfy sofas in the sitting-room, perhaps play Bridge or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen/dining-room which has a large rustic table which has views of the terrace and tennis court.

Pickeridge Barn - Haywards Heath / Sleeps 14 + cot
This newly converted and eco-friendly barn is rather unique, the perfect holiday home for those looking for a multi-family getaway in the heart of the Sussex countryside.
