This corner of England has much to offer; the quiet of the countryside in stark contrast to city life, the coastal towns worth travelling just a little bit further for and the many fascinating landmarks and stunning gardens. Our office is set in the historic town of Battle, just opposite the Abbey, so do pop in and say hello when you visit!

It's a part of our country that's inspired great artists and been home to many a famous figure in history - being so close to the capital makes it a hotspot for quick trips and weekend forays, romantic nights away from the noise of the city.

Sea Breeze - Eastbourne / Sleeps 10 +2 cots
This fabulous contemporary house, complete with hot tub, is the perfect getaway for larger groups. It is situated in an exclusive area of Meads in Eastbourne, at the foot of the South Downs National Park, within walking distance to the beach and town centre. Secure double gates open onto a private drive where there is parking for several cars and a garage with an electric car charging point.

The Old Stable - Battle / Sleeps 2 + cot
Enjoy precious time together at The Old Stable, a wonderful cottage for couples looking for a quiet getaway in this peaceful part of Sussex. As you step inside the stable-door you are welcomed with exposed beams, wooden floors, and a characterful inglenook fireplace with wood-burner to snuggle in front of.

Cala Lily - Pulborough / Sleeps 2 (no children under 16)
With countryside views Cala Lily is a luxury shepherd's hut situated in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex and offers a dreamy escape where you can really unwind and indulge in nature.

Beautiful and handcrafted, it has all you need for a lovely break away. There is a queen-size (4') double bed that cleverly folds away making room for a table and seating-area. The kitchen has all you need to create a culinary feast and includes a small integrated fridge, oven, and hob. There is also under-floor heating so it's perfect for any time of year.

Acorn Barn - Alfriston / Sleeps 8 + 2 cots
This beautifully converted Sussex barn is an ideal staycation for get-togethers with family and friends in a rural location in the Cuckmere Valley and South Downs National Park. It is truly a walkers paradise as directly behind the barn and gardens is a path with direct access to The Downs, and an area where you can explore endless footpaths and cycle trails including the South Downs Way, Weald Way and the Vanguard Way.

Castlemans Coach House - Battle / Sleeps 8 + 2 cots
In the heart of 1066 country and within walking distance of the pretty village of Sedlescombe, this former coach house is the perfect place for families and friends looking for a large house that has space to socialise and enjoy quality time together. A characterful home, there are many beautiful features including an upper gallery, exposed beams and quirky wooden floors. There are two living areas to enjoy; a large sitting/dining-room which has a feature ornamental fireplace and lots of space to relax whilst you play games, watch films, or eat your favourite meals together. The snug has two comfortable sofas to sink in, a Smart TV and a wonderful open fireplace.

Little Oak Treehouse - Pulborough / Sleeps 2 (no children under 16)
This gorgeous quirky treehouse is the perfect escape for a romantic getaway. Truly unique and in a lovely part of West Sussex, it sits in a secluded spot in the middle of a beautiful woodland glade.

Split over several levels, there are sofas, a dining-table and a wood-burner effect gas stove which is the perfect place to relax in front of whilst listening to the sounds of nature that surrounds you. There is a spacious kitchen with a gas oven and hob and just outside the kitchen area is a wood-fired pizza oven, so there are plenty of options to rustle up something tasty.

Medleys Barn - Crowborough / Sleeps 4 + 2 cots
Medleys Barn in High Hurstwood is an ideal base for exploring Ashdown Forest or for visits to Glyndebourne. Once a cart barn on a well-established fruit farm, this charming barn conversion has many beams and lovely floor to ceiling windows creating a light and homely vibe.

Relax on one of the comfy sofas in the sitting-room, perhaps play Bridge or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen/dining-room which has a large rustic table which has views of the terrace and tennis court.

Pickeridge Barn - Haywards Heath / Sleeps 14 + cot
This newly converted and eco-friendly barn is rather unique, the perfect holiday home for those looking for a multi-family getaway in the heart of the Sussex countryside.

Situated on a 120 acre working farm in a peaceful and secluded valley between West Hoathly and Ardingly, you can truly relax, make memories and enjoy the delights this beautiful area has to offer.
