“ Short version: Dog heaven! ❤️ We were so lucky to find Helen! Patient, kind, attentive, trustworthy and loving - Helen looked after my highly-strung mini labradoodle, Marley, for weekly daycare and occasional boarding and provided lots of fun, enrichment, exercise and adventures. A very special dog care provider. Long version: Marley is uniquely/highly vocal and anxious (so is pretty full-on) but Helen always had time, patience and love for Marley. She took a flexible approach when M first joined the pack, starting with shorter days to ease M in. Marley quickly became v eager to go to Helen’s, and Helen fast became one of her favourite humans! If we needed to move to a different day one week, Helen would always try to fit M in if there was space. When M was poorly/had a skin infection Helen would adjust sessions to make sure M would stay calm or not go in mud, so Helen takes a dog-centred approach and thinks about each pup’s current needs each day. She also gives photo & video updates on her Instagram - (the highlight of my week!) and it’s clear M has the time of her life when she’s with Helen’s pack! There really isn’t anyone I’d trust more with M ❤️????❤️”
