“In reference to the review below: Unfortunately the review is true, I did forget to go in and see this lady’s 4 dogs including puppy, on one lunchtime visit. It wasn’t done intentionally and I am only human. Sometimes mistakes are made, not often in the 17years I have been trading but occasionally they do. I have apologised to her and obviously feel terrible about the whole situation.”
