Charlotte does a first rate & fantastic job, she is gentle and patient, always listens to what I want - and Hobbes comes away looking absolutely beautiful but most importantly he is always as happy going in to see her as well coming out. Her premises are spotless and prices extremely reasonable. Charlotte is very responsive to enquiries and communication and offers a highly personalized service. Very highly recommended, particularly for people with nervous or shy pets who need a patient and careful groomer who will take care of your precious pet as if one of her own.”
