“ Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Having started a job with shifts, I was worried about the little puppy being left on his own for longer than 2 hours. I came across Paws2Walk and wasn’t sure if I would find someone who could accommodate the number of visits/walks that I needed. Tracie however, has been fantastic and continues to go above and beyond for my pup. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to turn to. Even when I need 3 visits a day and Tracie is busy, she will turn her whole schedule upside down to ensure that my dog is not left. “19 April 2021 Positive: Professionalism, Reliability, Value Tracie is the favourite visitor for our cats Jack and Jess and our dog Peggy! The cats are so happy to have a daily visit from her for food and fuss when we have been away for long weekends and holidays. We think this works much better than them going into a cattery as they can stay in their own home and familiar surroundings. Peggy is a recent addition to the family and enjoys a midday walk with Tracie on an as needed basis depending on work commitments. Tracie always sends us lovely pictures of the pets when she is with them and it is comforting to see they are so happy in her company. “ 27 Sep 2019 Wonderful care for your animals Tracie is very professional from the first visit we felt that she understood our dog Bear. He is a rescue German Shepherd. The first assessment she listened and noted his quirks and issues we have been working on. She supplies a written report and asked many questions to help with his care. The first time we left Tracie with Bear was only for the day. Tracie updated us with messages and photos to reassure us. Taking Bear for a walk Tracie has a tag to go on his collar with contact details in case he gets lost. We have asked Tracie to sit for us on occasions where we can’t take Bear with us. He greets her like an old friend and one of the family. As Bear is settling in (we have had him for a year 18/9) he has changed and Tracie always updates his records. We have just had Tracie look after Bear for 2 weeks and Bear was happy and comfortable because of the care ”

She was not daunted by having to hand feed our fire eel and I felt confident leaving our many fish in her care - they can easily be killed by over feeding. Tracie responded immediately, understanding the urgency of the situation. She arranged to visit me to carry out an assessment and full consultation along with a free mini trial walk for my dog Archie. She completed all of the paperwork and had it returned to me within 48 hours, just in time for me to leave for my weekend away. Tracie made a real difference as I would have had to cancel my weekend away had she not gone the extra mile to provide her service. When I returned, all was well and Archie had been visited thee times a day and fed and cared for expertly. When she came to drop off the key a couple of days later Archie was so pleased to see her it was clear that they had made a special bond in such a short time. “When you have to leave your much loved dog with anybody it is a big concern especially when you are at home with them all day and they have never been left before. We worried about it for quite awhile, but having met Tracie during our initial consultation and seeing how professional she was and how good she was with G, our Cocker Spaniel, we were reassured he would be fine. We were provided with very detailed and comprehensive documentation regarding out contract and G's needs and everything was superbly organised. Having discussed everything beforehand, Tracie arrived promptly on the day and we were able to depart straight away knowing G was more than happy. During the day Tracie sent superb photos of her and G having fun time, sitting, cuddling and playing in the garden. At the end of the day we returned to find G totally relaxed having had a wonderful time which included a massage session! It's great to know that , in the future , we can call on someone that G obviously trusts and who we are confident in to look after him and keep him safe.
