The Pet Health Partnership is a group of two veterinary practices based in Dorset. With surgeries in Upton and Wareham we provide 24/7 veterinary care for Poole, Swanage, Wareham and the South Coast.

Our Upton Clinic has long been established as a veterinary clinic in the heart of the Upton community. Just off the Dorchester Road, there is easy free parking for our clients in front of the shopping parade.

Although we normally see clients by appointment, if you find you suddenly need a vet, you will always find a vet at our Upton surgery, weekends 9:00 until 1:00 Saturdays .We always fit in emergencies or unforeseen problems just as soon as we can.

Facilities
Since the Pet Health Partnership took ownership of this long-established practice in 2000, we have invested in a lot of new surgical equipment to improve the diagnostic capability and surgical treatment of orthopaedic, ophthalmology and dental problems.

We can offer a full range of up-to-date procedures including in-house laboratory tests, dental, X-ray, tonometry (eye pressure test), surgery, and blood pressure as well as our medical out patient care. When we feel that your pet requires referral to a specialist, for example when a spinal injury requires an MRI scan, we will liaise with the referral centre and arrange an appointment for you.

Our Wareham Surgery occupies a cosy cottage just around the corner from the post office (next door to Lotus Chinese Restaurant!).The building is more than three hundred years old, although it hasn't always been a veterinary practice of course.

Its town centre location means that it is easily accessible from East Street to people who live in town, and is close to the bus stop for Swanage clients. Many of our clients pop in for a chat and cup of coffee when they are shopping (we always have a treat ready for their pet too).

For people who drive to the clinic, there is easy parking behind the practice, and an entrance to the practice through our pretty garden.

Facilities
Since the Pet Health Partnership took ownership of this long-established practice in 2000, we have completely re-furbished the Wareham surgery. Originally just a lock-up outpatient clinic, we now offer full surgical and in-patient facilities with modern dental and surgical equipment including X-ray facilities on site. For complex orthopaedic procedures we refer our patients to our Upton facility.
