“On holiday in the area, and wanted somewhere not too far from where we were staying as had a five hour journey home the following day. The Mill was perfect. We had our 6 month old puppy with us but were made to feel very welcome. The shopping was excellent, got one or two Christmas presents, then into the bistro for lunch, we weren't banished to the outside as in most places because of the puppy. Thank you to the waitress for her recommendation of the salmon, it was fab, as was the burger. Topped this all off with a walk down the riverside. Had a great 3 hours in all.”

“Popped into Bickleigh Mill whilst on holiday - perfect for the dog, shop staff made a real fuss of him and handed out a free dog treat. We were able to walk all around the shop - which includes a great toy shop then eat in the restaurant (really good food) - it was sunny so we sat outside but I checked in case its raining the next time and there is a small room at the back of the restaurant where the dog can go too. Impressed it was really worth a visit.”
