Set in its own grounds, Hylands Holiday Apartments , is within a few minutes walk of the sea front, beach and town facilities.Our rooms are clean, flexible and can cater groups, couples, families and even pets (by arrangement).

Teignmouth itself is a real hidden gem on the South Devon coast – both an historic port and classic seaside resort. With all the traditional attractions of a coastal holiday destination you won’t need to venture far to find a promenade, Victorian pier, a lido, shops and parks, plus great restaurants, bars and events.

There are two distinct sides to Teignmouth – the sea front and the harbour side. It’s this beautiful contrast and the fact that everything is within easy reach that makes the town so special.

we provide all bed linen and tea towels (but not personal towels but we can provide towels at a small charge)
There are ten apartments 6 available including Hyview for letting as 3 apartments are on permanent let. We can accommodate most requests.Apartments sleep between 1-4.We are  currently up dating the apartments with smart televisions,  double glazing throughout the building, the garden is being restored.

The apartments include full size cooker,microwave,toaster,kettle,fridge with small freezer box,all crockery and utensils.showers are electric only apt 2 has bath  with shower over the bath
 Decorated through out to a high  standard and originality with quality fixtures and appliances.
