Nestled in the beautiful East Devon countryside, The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth currently has 500 donkeys waiting to meet you.

The donkeys love to meet new people and you can discover their unique characters and stories. As well as enjoying a cuddle or two from our main yard donkeys, you can explore the farm where you will meet donkeys large and small and enjoy the stunning, tranquil surrounds. You can also visit our maze and outdoor farm-themed play area, and learn about the Wild Sanctuary in our nature centre.

Dogs are welcome, however, they must be kept on a lead. Information on our various scenic walks can be found in the visitor centre and gift shop.

Admission and parking is free (donations welcome).
