Kokopelli is a bright, modern, pet friendly, two bedroom Devon Holiday Cottage situated within Stoneleigh Village. Available all year round with everything needed for a relaxing break.

The cottage is single storey with a private patio area and has easy access. There are patio doors in both the lounge area and kitchen making it very light and airy. We have great internet service.

It is south facing so making it ideal for breakfasts and BBQs on the terrace in the sun. It is surrounded by grass so ideal for dogs and children but it is also quiet and private so equally great for couples or friends. There is a patio table and chairs, sun umbrella and a BBQ. Also provided are 2 reclining patio chairs and 2 folding picnic chairs.

With an open plan layout for the kitchen, dining area and living room you won’t be far from the conversation.

We welcome up to 2 dogs free of charge and have miles of dog friendly walks from our doorstep and a short drive away.
