Our dog-friendly family park offers a range of holiday choices to suit every budget. Whether you’re looking to indulge in a luxurious hot tub caravan or lodge break, sleep beneath the stars in our touring and camping fields, we’ve got something for everyone.

Once home to the famous ‘Primley’ horses, our old stables and farm buildings have been lovingly restored to provide a fantastic range of facilities, including bars, eateries and craft centre, whilst our heated outdoor pool boasts stunning countryside views.

Woodland Trails
From the carpet of bluebells in springtime, summer butterflies and birdsong to rich autumn colours and crisp winter frosts, whatever the season you are sure to discover something beautiful. With lots of fascinating smells our woodland trails are a firm favourite of our four-legged guests too!

Dog Exercise Area
Our securely fenced dog exercise area is a dedicated space for your four-legged friend to roam free, where you can also enjoy far reaching countryside views.

Dog Shower
If your four-legged friend gets a little muddy whilst you're out and about exploring, then head to our Dog Shower to clean up.



Touring & Camping
Whether you're looking for a weekend escape or a longer family holiday in the great outdoors our well-presented touring and camping pitches are perfect for those looking to pitch up in the heart of the South Devon countryside.

Choose a pitch with or without electric and make use of the excellent range of free on-site facilities including fresh running water, hot showers, toilets, family bathrooms, dishwashing stations and waste disposal points.

Our touring and camping pitches are dog-friendly.

Maximum of 2 dogs and 6 persons per pitch. Please advise us of the size of your tourer, motorhome, tent, awning or gazebo when booking.

With a private Hot Tub, our Dog-Friendly Signature VIP Caravan is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the South Devon Countryside with your beloved hound.

If you’re looking to truly pamper your pooch, then our luxuriously spacious Platinum Lodge with private Hot Tub could be for you!

Our stylish VIP range is the ultimate in caravan luxury, with a barbeque, private sundeck and of course your very own outdoor hot tub!



Holiday Caravans
In a beautiful countryside setting, our range of 2 or 3-bedroom self-catering holiday caravans can provide you with the perfect base for exploring all that the region has to offer. Whether you're looking for a budget-friendly family holiday, a luxurious short break or just have a few days to spare, we have something for everyone.

All our holiday caravans are equipped with a fitted kitchen complete with cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and utensils. You will also find a comfortable lounge and dining area with a digital TV. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided (when booked direct with us). Bed linen for cots is not provided and towels can be hired at Reception. Our dedicated dog-friendly range of accommodation means you can even bring your four-legged companion along to discover the delights of Devon.

Your holiday caravan will be fully serviced and checked by our dedicated Housekeeping Team to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay.
