Forest Glade Holiday Park - Dog Friendly Camping and Caravan site near Cullompton

Forest Glade Holiday Park is situated between Cullompton and Honiton and is set in a forest clearing on the Blackdown Hills – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The park is an AA 4-pennant park, which has been family run for over 40 years.

The park provides a variety of accommodation options including holiday caravans, camping pods and also a self-catering apartment. Also offered are level sheltered camping and touring pitches, which are set in spacious fields and surrounded by 300 acres of pine forest.

Forest Glade Holiday Park is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday or an out of season break offering peace and tranquillity allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life! There are numerous outdoor activities to enjoy in the area allowing you to really get back to nature and enjoy the beautiful forest setting and surrounding countryside.

Holiday Caravans: We offer five different types of holiday caravan accommodation at Forest Glade available for short breaks and for stays of a week or more throughout the season. The Exe, Super Exe, Culm, Blackdown and Otter caravans are fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. All caravans include a fully equipped kitchen and a TV and some of our caravan accommodation is also pet-friendly.

Camping Pods: Don’t want the hassle of pitching up a tent? Then why not enjoy a holiday or short break in one of our cosy glamping pods. They are a fantastic alternative to camping for those families or couples who want a few more creature comforts during their stay. The pods come equipped with a double mattress and two single mattresses on built in raised beds, an electric kettle, plug sockets, light, a folding table and outside picnic bench.

Hardstanding pitches: These are located in Robin, Wren and Owl Close and in Forest Way.  All are suitable for a touring caravan and awning and have electric hook-ups. Please state the length of your touring caravan when booking.

Motorhome pitches: All our hardstanding pitches are suitable for motorhomes. In addition we have a full service motorhome pitch available in Larch Way, near the amenities building. Our full service pitches are suitable for RVs. Camper vans are welcome on all pitches.

Full-service pitches: These are located in Larch Way, opposite the Amenities building and have electricity, a drinking water supply and grey water drainage. They are suitable for all sizes of touring caravan with space for an awning and also take motor homes and RVs.

Grass pitches: Grass electric pitches are situated in Thrush Close and Christmas Tree Field. Christmas Tree Field has five electric hook-ups.

Facilities
There are a variety of facilities and amenities available at Forest Glade to ensure you have a fun and stress-free holiday.

We have a free covered heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and a games room for all the family to enjoy. We also have two children’s play areas to keep the little ones entertained and a soft play area (suitable for children under 6). You can also enjoy forest walks accessible straight from the site and a self-guided nature trail around the park.

Peace and tranquillity is an important ingredient of a Forest Glade Holiday. We do not have a bar, clubhouse or evening entertainment. Evenings can be spent enjoying quality family time! Perhaps having a BBQ or gathered round a fire-pit relaxing and enjoying some stargazing!

There are several excellent local pubs in the area, the nearest being 2.5 miles away if you did wish to venture off-site to enjoy an evening meal.
