April Cottage (sleeps 3)
April Cottage is a stylish and charming, Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage near the beach. Nestled in the coastal town of Paignton, this quaint holiday home is ideally located for the seafront and local beaches. Renovated to a very high standard, April Cottage offers contemporary and comfortable accommodation whilst retaining its historic charm.

Branksome (sleeps 6)
We are excited to welcome this new, modern holiday home to the Coast family for 2023 season. The property comprises a bright open-plan lounge diner, a large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms – the master bedroom having a large ensuite shower room. Outside there is an attractive patio and parking for 3 cars.

Castaway (sleeps 3)
Casaway is a light-filled, holiday bungalow in Galmpton with a sunny, southwest facing patio and lovely views of the River Dart. This end-positioned bungalow is situated in Galmpton Park, a small, peaceful and well-kept development of 46 privately owned holiday bungalows. Nestled between Torbay and the Dart Valley, the location is an area of outstanding natural beauty, the ideal location for peaceful relaxation, walks and beaches. The front door opens onto a fitted kitchen which is open to the cosy lounge/dining area. Set up for cosy relaxation, the living area has a two-seater sofa and two comfy reclining armchairs. A feature to note is the side window which offers a picture-perfect countryside view.

Cliff Lodge (sleeps 10+)
Cliff Lodge is a fantastic coastal holiday home, with fabulous luxury facilities including a private pool and hot tub. Set in a striking location in Maidencombe, Torquay, with panoramic, far-reaching sea views, Cliff Lodge is ideal for a break with family and friends. This superb house has been recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. It sleeps up to twelve guests in six bedrooms and if required there are two put up-beds which can be used for a further two young children. With its balconies, terraces and large windows, the design enables guests to admire beautiful sea views, whatever the weather. An inviting indoor heated swimming pool with sauna and sun loungers set the scene for relaxing and having fun all year. On summer days, sit out on the decked area or soak in the sunken jacuzzi while admiring the vista.
