“When a customer of mine's dog cut it's paw at 9.30pm (at night) I phoned the vet and was told tell them to bring the dog over and the vet stitched and bandaged the paw. The customer returned for a follow up the next day. Very helpful and obliging. I now recommend this practice to all my holidaymakers with pets and leave their (the vets) leaflet in the holiday property for the customers convenience.”
