With only 3 retreats on site and 20 acres of meadows, young wood and river on site you will feel like you are hidden away. With pubs, and restaurant with walking distance in Hartland Village and miles of walking routes there is plenty to do for everyone.

DOG FRIENDLY STAYCATION
Each accommodation is super dog friendly, with a private doggy spa with warm water and towels, shampoo and treats, perfect for muddy paws. Your furry friends will be welcomed with their own bed, bowls, blankets, towels, treat and toy. With 20 acres of meadows with paths, stream and young woods, there is so much to explore.

NEST TREEHOUSE

This beautiful hand-crafted treehouse, overlooking the idyllic Devon countryside is designed with luxury in mind, with your very own wood-fired hot tub in the courtyard, a gold roll-top double bath in the bedroom and a cinema projector. Bath under the stars in your 2nd bath, this time outdoor or enjoy a drink on a private terrace, which is fully enclosed. Prep wood-fired pizza outdoors or kick back and relax in the hammock and listen to the birds chirping - slow down and immerse yourself in nature. For children, there is a treehouse within the treehouse for them to explore, complete with bunk beds and colour changing lights.

HIDEOUT TREEHOUSE
Full of Insta-worthy features, this boutique treehouse has been injected with style and designer feel. Featuring the first ever treehouse with a moving indoor - outdoor copper bathtub. Open wide the bifold doors to bring the outdoors in or watch a movie on a cinema projector. The treehouse terrace is fully enclosed. Enjoy a drink on your private woodland terrace or a soak in the wood-fired hot tub. Swing in a hammock listening to birds singing or cook up a storm on the BBQ and wood fired pizza oven - this is sure to be an escape like no other. Immersed in private 20 acres of the UNESCO North Devon Biosphere Reserve.

COSY COWSHED
This boutique-style converted cowshed features a super king size bed, a wood fired hot tub, and stunning views of the Devon countryside. With plenty to do in the surrounding area, this little gem is perfect for a relaxing couple’s getaway or a chilled break with your family. There is a large master bedroom that opens out onto the terrace and a twin room for the children featuring a magical canopy that they sleep beneath. Two pets are welcome so you can bring your loved ones with you, the terrace which opens up from the living room is fully enclosed and down the steps there is a private fully enclosed garden.
