Gull Cottage at Robin Hill Farm Cottages - Dog Friendly Accommodation in Bideford, Devon

Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms, the dog friendly Gull Cottage is the perfect countryside escape for the whole family. The renovated barn is an upside-down cottage with old stonework & beautiful beams present throughout. Guests can enjoy an old, character barn remade with comfortable seating and a modern kitchen.

As you walk up the stone steps into the property you will see the gardens to your right and the open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room through the doorway. The light and airy kitchen is beautifully finished with modern appliances, which include a fridge, a washing machine, an electric oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The dining table is to the left of the room, and the breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room. The Velux windows and access door to the garden allow plenty of light into the living room, which has three comfortable sofas providing ample seating for six people in front of the log burner. A TV with Freeview and a DVD player are perfect for rainy days or evenings with the family.

You can access the garden via the side door in the living room, and take in far-reaching countryside views from the raised garden with garden furniture and fences surrounding the outdoor space.

The stairs down to the ground floor from the living room lead to a family bathroom, a twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom and the master bedroom. The family bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachments, a wash basin and a w/c. The twin bedroom has full-sized single beds, a bedside table, an electric radiator and large windows letting in plenty of natural light. The bunk bedroom is perfect for children with plenty of space and comfortable bunk beds, as well as a bedside table and a large window. The master bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table and clothes storage.

Robin Hill Farm Cottages are set in the North Devon countryside just outside Bideford and within easy reach of the popular beaches at Instow and Westward Ho! The river running through the valley beneath the complex meanders across a number of great walks and tracks perfectly for exploring the local area. The busy town of Barnstaple is only a short drive away and has popular facilities including bowling, roller skating and tennis courts with plenty more to see. The shopping centre, Atlantic Village is a short 10 minute drive away and is great for a rainy day.
