Watermouth Cove Cottages - Dog Friendly Cottages In Berrynarbor, Devon

 Idyllic self catering holiday cottage accommodation on the stunning North Devon coast between Combe Martin and Ilfracombe. Situated on the beautiful North Devon coast Watermouth Cove Cottages are a group of eight pretty self catering holiday cottages. Built in the 17th century and once the coaching houses and stables of Watermouth Castle, the cottages were converted to holiday accommodation in the 1970's.

Watermouth Cove Cottages are situated beside the castle grounds, just 200 yards from the cove, harbour and South West coastal path between Combe Martin and Ilfracombe on the beautiful North Devon coast.

Watermouth Cove is a beautiful sea inlet, next to our holiday cottages and Watermouth Castle with a dog friendly harbour / beach. Watermouth is a rural, seaside idyll within a few minutes drive of beautiful Berrynarbor and the beach resorts of Combe Martin and Ilfracombe with their wide choice of pubs, restaurants and local attractions. For those who wish to bring a pet, most pubs and restaurants are dog friendly.

Beachcomber Apartment Cottage (sleeps 4)
Beachcomber is a sunny, first floor cottage apartment with large living area, ideal for couples or 4 adults. Beachcomber is a comfortable, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage apartment looking out over the courtyard towards woodland. Beachcomber is approached by a flight of stairs so may not be suitable for some people with limited mobility. Beachcomber Cottage is dog & pet friendly. Well behaved pets are welcome. Watermouth Cove, the coastal path, peninsula and Broadsands beach are great places to take the dog and are just a few minutes walk from the cottages. Remember to take a camera.

Driftwood Cottage (sleeps 4)
Driftwood is a ground floor cottage with spacious living area and large sunny bay window looking out into the courtyard with its own patio area and barbeque. Ideal for up to 4 adults. Driftwood is a comfortable, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage apartment with charm and original features. Driftwood Cottage is dog friendly. Well behaved pets are welcome. The local villages and resorts of Berrynarbor, Combe Martin, Ilfracombe have a good range of pubs and restaurants.

Sandpiper Cottage (sleeps 6)
Sandpiper is a first floor cottage with spacious living area, three bedrooms and views looking over the courtyard to the wooded valley beyond with its own patio area and barbeque in the back garden. Suitable for 6 people, Sandpiper is a comfortable, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage apartment with charm and original features. The cottage is ideal for people with walking difficulties as there are no steps and it is only a few paces from its car parking area. Sandpiper Cottage is dog friendly. Well behaved pets are welcome. Watermouth Cove, the coastal path, peninsula and Broadsands beach are great places to take the dog and are just a few minutes walk from the cottages.

Seadrift Cottage (sleeps 4)
Seadrift is an attractive detached cottage with spacious living area and large French doors leading out into the garden with its own patio area and barbeque. Ideal for a couple or small family, Seadrift is a comfortable, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage apartment. Seadrift originally called The Engine Room once housed a large steam powered generator which produced electricity for the stables and coaching houses. The steam engine has long gone but Seadrift still retains some of its original features including wooden beams, high ceilings, and large arched French doors - its rustic and romantic...Seadrift Cottage is dog friendly. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Seashell Cottage  (sleeps 4)
Seashell is an attractive ground floor cottage with spacious living area and French doors leading out into the garden with its own patio area and barbeque. Ideal for up to 4 adults Seashell is a comfortable, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage apartment with charm. Originally part of the stables Seashell has many original features including wooden beams and panelling - rustic and romantic! Seashell Cottage is dog friendly. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Seashell and Driftwood cottages are situated next to each other and may be linked together for larger families, to sleep up to 8.

Seaspray Cottage (sleeps 6)
Seaspray is a large ground floor cottage with spacious living area and seated bay window looking out into courtyard with its own patio area and barbeque. Suitable for 6 people, Seaspray is a comfortable, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage apartment with charm and original features. Seaspray Cottage is dog friendly. Well behaved pets are welcome.  Seaspray cottage has a dedicated parking bays for two cars.

Tidesreach Apartment Cottage  (sleeps 4)
Tidesreach is a bright and airy, first floor cottage apartment ideal for couples or small families. Tidesreach is a comfortable, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage apartment with woodland views towards Watermouth castle and over the courtyard. Tidesreach is approached by a flight of stairs so may not be suitable for some people with limited mobility. Tidesreach Cottage is dog friendly. Well behaved pets are welcome. Tidesreach has a dedicated parking bay for one car. Tidesreach Cottage Sleeps 4 Tidesreach and Beachcomber are situated next to each other and may be used together to accommodate larger families and groups. Tidesreach and Beachcomber together sleep up to 8 people.
