Camping & Caravanning
Camping and caravanning at Andrewshayes is known for its warm, friendly atmosphere and excellent on-site facilities. Electric hook-up (EHU) is included with all pitches at no extra charge, and access to the swimming pool is complimentary throughout the stay. Touring, motorhome, and tent pitches are available from late March through to the end of October in the main area known as the Rally Field.

Front Field
The park includes two extra-large grass pitches located on a level terrace above the children’s playground and bar. This terrace may be booked exclusively, making it ideal for family groups, friends, or up to three smaller tents, subject to availability.

Rally Field Pitches
Situated on a gentle slope, the Rally Field features pitches leveled on individual tiered terraces, many of which offer picturesque valley views. All pitches in this field are surfaced with astro turf for all-weather reliability—extra strong tent pegs, available in the on-site shop, are recommended. Standard pitches measure 7 metres by 5 metres; larger units are encouraged to book a spacious Super Pitch.

Touring caravans are set up by experienced park staff, ensuring a stress-free start to the holiday. Dedicated motorhome pitches, located at the top of the park, are designed for easy access for larger vehicles.

Local Walks
The surrounding countryside offers a variety of scenic walking routes. Shute Woods, just across the A35 from the park, is a popular local destination. Guests can enjoy an easy walk through the woods to the village of Kilmington via an old Roman road, stopping for refreshments at the local pub before heading back—a round trip of just three miles.

Reviews

“A real dog friendly park with an large excercise area for your dog (dogs have there own field) and a nature walk which you can talk your dog with you. Dogs must be kept on a lead while on site and clearing up after your dog is expected but apart from this our dog was treated as much as guest as us.”
