Dog Friendly Self Catering Holiday Studio in Axminster, Devon

Netherleigh B&B's dog friendly Studio room is completely independent from the main house and has its own private entrance, parking & garden which allows total privacy and independence.

We are in a quite country lane in an area of outstanding natural beauty but only a 10 minute drive to the coast of Lyme Regis & famous fossil beach of Charmouth. We are just a 5 minute drive to River Cottage HQ & River Cottage Canteen. We have a local 16th Century Pub called The Hunters Lodge which is only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute country lane walk.

Pet Friendly
If you would like to bring your well behaved dog we accept 3 dogs of any size. Please note dogs are only allowed in our Studio, the house is pet free

Included in this price is a welcome treat for your dog, use of a dog bed, water & food bowl. Also "doggie loo bags & bin" provided. Your Studio comes with a private enclosed garden for your dog's safety.

 Detached Studio
Our Studio can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests and a baby. Ideal for a single person, two adults or a small family. As its on the ground floor it is suitable for those who are less mobile. The studio is on ground level with easy access and has no internal steps & only one very small external step.

Free superfast WiFi
The Studio room has a Kingsize bed which is 7ft long, a settee & a chair that pulls out to a single bed. It includes a dining table, chairs & a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, utensils, plates, glasses & corkscrew. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet & sink. The shower also has a removable shower chair.

Free private parking directly outside
The Studio is situated in a beautiful country lane in an area of outstanding natural beauty and provides a private & a comfortable base to explore Devon, Dorset & Somerset. It has been decorated & furnished to a high standard. It has an open plan living and sleeping accommodations. The window looks towards the country lane. The Studio is all ground floor & ideal for those that are less mobile. Your parking space is directly outside the property, so only a few steps and you are there.

Although detached it lies within the grounds of the main house and has its own car parking space directly outside your property.
