They command stunning views of woodland and meadows.All cottages have pretty gardens, well equipped kitchens and characters of their own. Kingfisher Cottage (sleeps 5)
This pretty, thatched accommodation makes a comfortable home from home. This spacious cottage has been created from an ancient thatched barn
retaining attractive period features. Delightful views are enjoyed from the house and the gardens.

On the ground floor is  a kitchen/diner  with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. and an adjoining utility room.

 Also a comfortable bedroom which has a good sized bathroom with over bath shower. The twin beds oin ogether to make a six foot double.

On the first floor, Kingfisher has an attractive, comfortably furnished living room with coalburner effect fire. A light, spacious room with double aspect views across a pretty, hidden valley and our extensive gardens.

The comfortable upstairs double bedroom has a good sized bathroom with over bath shower. A travel cot is available. This cottage is non-smoking.

Nuthatch Cottage (sleeps 5)
Nuthatch has a wonderful feeling of space and a great outlook on to the countryside. There is a sheltered, enclosed garden.
There are two pretty double bedded bedrooms, each with large ensuite bathrooms. (The larger bedroom also houses a single bed.) Downstairs a spacious dining room, furnished with antique dining table and dresser, leads directly to a sheltered, enclosed garden.The comfortably furnished sitting room enjoys delightful views across the valley. Nuthatch has a well equipped kitchen and a ground floor cloakroom.
 

Woodpecker Cottage (sleeps 2)
Downstairs, Woodpecker Cottage is quarry-tiled throughout. It has an open-plan, beamed living room / kitchenette and a bathroom with over-bath power shower. The kitchen area is cleverly planned, complete with dishwasher. There is a pretty, beamed double bedroom upstairs. French doors lead from the living room to an attractive, sheltered garden.

Dogs
Lea Hill is a great place for dogs and we hope your pet enjoys his holiday!
Dogs can be exercised off the lead in one of our fields. There are endless opportunities for lovely and varied walks with your dog from your cottage or in the local area.
Two delightful footpaths run from Lea Hill itself. One leads towards the Church and back along the valley through the pretty village of Membury.
The other goes down steps towards the panoramic views of Hill Common and on through Yarty Copse – heavy with the perfume of a bluebell carpet in Spring.
