“We tried having Zooko trained by another person but soon realised we'd made a mistake. Found Janet Ardley on the internet and she came across very well over the phone so we went from there. We made the right decision. Janet certainly knows her business and had Zooko trained to understand basic commands in very quickly and easily - and without using treats, which the other trainer had used.
