We have been providing a personal booking service for a small selection of completely independent and individually owned self catering holiday properties in and around Keswick since 1987. Our properties are all inspected annually and approved by the local Tourism Association, to reassure guests that they are immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standard. Withesike, Derwent House (sleeps 1 - 4)
Withesike, is a two bedroom first floor apartment in the newly renovated Derwent House in Portinscale, near Keswick. Completed in November 2021 and fully refurbished to a very high standard, it offers luxurious contemporary accommodation in a classical lakeland building. Mixing the old and new perfectly by retaining some original features, such as exposed stonework, panelled windows and beams with modern kitchens, bathrooms and electrics.

Riverside View (sleeps 1 - 4)
Riverside View is a stylishly refurbished, light and airy two bedroom ground floor apartment set in peaceful grounds only a short walk from the town centre, with allocated parking. Often visited by ducks and pheasants from the river bank, it is also dog friendly.

Brandelhowe (sleeps 1 - 4)
Brandelhowe is a two bedroom ground floor apartment, with direct street access. Having just being refurbished to a very high standard, it offers luxurious contemporary accommodation in a classic lakeland building. It mixes the old and new perfectly by retaining some original features, such as the old range and window seat in the lounge, and exposed stonework.
