Our gorgeous holiday cottages are all individual, privately owned and fully equipped & maintained to a very high standard. Each cottage has bags of character and something very special to offer. Three of our holiday cottages having real log fires and oak beams.

Cartmel Hill, Cartmel Village
Cartmel Hill is a stunning large country house located in a spectacular and very peaceful off-road location in the hills above Cartmel village.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps 8 people. For an extra nightly charge a 5th bedroom can be used bringing the total number of guests to 10.

The large traditional stone-built 18th barn conversion has been furbished and decorated to a very high standard using heritage Farrow & Ball co-ordinating colours.

Charcoal House is a gorgeous large country house located just half a mile from the shores of Coniston Water in the heart of the Lake District National Park.

This traditional stone-built 18th country house is located in a very peaceful off-road location in the tiny hamlet of Low Nibthwaite, just ½ a mile from the southern tip of Coniston Water.

This gorgeous Lake District holiday house and the large sunny cottage garden are south facing.

The house has been decorated throughout using heritage Farrow & Ball co-ordinating colours and has been furnished to a very high standard.

The cottage is located in the tiny hamlet of Low Nibthwaite, just 1 mile from the southern shores of Coniston Water in the South Lakes and is 1 of 3 cottages that are situated by the River Crake at the end of a private lane. The stunning, riverside location is blissfully peaceful and relaxing.
