The cottage features a stylish hexagonal lounge with 180° views, a log‑effect stove and a home‑cinema system, perfect for cosy evenings after exploring Cumbria, Northumberland or Scotland.

Accommodation includes a modern fitted kitchen with dual ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge‑freezer and microwave, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms – one king‑size and the second can be set up as twin‑bed or Superking. The luxury bathroom is equipped with bath, shower and bidet, plus a separate WC. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably.

Outside, a patio area with seating and BBQ overlooks eight acres of woodland and landscaped gardens.
