Roselands Caravan and Camping Park

Craig and Kerry would like to welcome you our dog friendly Roselands Caravan Park a lovely quiet family holiday park with high quality holiday homes and camping in the heart of the Land’s End Peninsula, having a central location & an ideal base for exploring both the North & South coast, near Land’s End not far from St Just and Penzance in West Cornwall.

We are surrounded by the countless beautiful beaches of the Cornish coastline and the countryside of the Penwith moors, ideal for taking the dog for a stroll, or walk the Coast path from one beach to another!

The world-famous surfing hotspot of Sennen Cove is just 5 minutes away, while Land’s End is 10 minutes away. Porthcurno and The Minack Theatre is 20 minutes away and the picturesque fishing port of St Ives is just 25 minutes away – all by car.

You can enjoy our excellent facilities for small campervans and camping or rent one of our luxury caravans. We are very dog friendly caravan park in Cornwall and invite you to come and have a holiday adventure or relax in the Cornish sunshine.

Camping & small motorhomes
The camping / small motor home pitches are surrounded by a mix of hedges and Cornish hedging. Each pitch is only a few metres from a water standpipe and we have electric hook-ups available.

Each camping pitch is available to tents no larger than 7m x 5m and small motor homes no larger than 6m long.

We provide the space you need to enjoy a relaxing break in a beautiful county.

We accommodate climbing parties, outdoor pursuit groups, just message us for more details.
There is an indoor washing-up area with deep sinks, free hot water and room to stack your pots.

The laundry is fitted with commercial washing machines, tumble dryers, freezers are provided free of charge for you to store freezer blocks plus a chemical waste and Grey water waste disposal area.

We have a small shop on site providing basic provisions, inc milk, bread and gas etc. open in high season.

There is a very large conservatory / day room for those wet days with Tv,  microwave, books, board games, and colouring books for the little ones.

Dog Friendly
Responsible owners are always welcome to bring their pets, we understand that dogs are part of the family. We ensure that all our dog-friendly holiday homes the same high standard as our dog free holiday homes, furthermore we have a dog walk right next to the Dog friendly caravan park with lots of room for your dog or dogs to run around and exercise.

All dogs must be exercised on a lead on the park or off the lead next door on the moorland walk, please remember to be responsible for cleaning up after your pet.

We have two dogs ourself Cody (brown Labrador ) and Sky (yellow Labrador) we may see you there.

There are numerous Cornish beaches that are dog-friendly and are open to all year round for information please download Cornwall council’s dog-friendly beach guide, or download a copy of their dogs on holiday guide which packs useful information and contacts when bringing your pet on holiday with you. The Visit Cornwall website have visible information on all year round dog-friendly beaches and seasonable ban ones here in West Cornwall.

Dog blankets, throws, water bowls, crates are available at no extra charge if requested.

Above all please remember that in hot summer weather dogs are at risk in hot cars, even if the car was in the shade when you left it.
