Beacon Cottage Farm Holidays - Dog Friendly Campsite in St Agnes, Cornwall

Beacon Cottage Farm Holidays is part of a traditional Cornish family farm. We are situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Heritage Coast. In 2014 the area was awarded The Dark Skies Status. The Southwest Coast Path passes our door at Wheal Coates, the site of Cornwall’s most iconic tin mine as seen in the popular BBC Poldark television series. Giving direct access to some of the finest sea and coastal scenery in Cornwall.

Facilities
The 60 individually numbered pitches are set out in 6 small, level, landscaped paddocks approximately 4 acres in extent. Two of the paddocks enjoy spectacular sea and coastal views while the others are surrounded by trees and shrubs offering shelter for those who prefer it. The facilities are located in tastefully converted barns around a central yard by the farmhouse with the camping paddocks leading off this area. No pitches are too close or too far away from the facilities.

Showers
Immaculate and spacious washrooms, showers and toilets, panelled and tiled throughout. Constant free hot water to all sinks and showers. Baby baths, hair dryers, shaving sockets and baby changing facilities.

Family shower room
Separate shower rooms for families with young children. Including shower, toilet, wash basin and baby changing facility.

Laundry & dishwashing
Automatic washing machines, spinner and tumble dryer. Separate sinks for clothes and dish washing. Iron and ironing board. Free hot water to all sinks for clothes and dish washing.

Childrens play area
With swings, climbing frames, sand pit, tunnel and Beacon Monster to climb on! Separate large area for ball games and kite flying etc.

Dog exercise field
Separate 2.5 acre field for dogs to romp in safety.

The Perfect Base
The small picturesque village of St.Agnes is just a short drive away or you can walk along a scenic footpath that runs through fields and by the foot of St.Agnes Beacon. In St.Agnes you are well catered for with excellent butchers, bakers, grocers, green grocers, quality craft shops, pubs and restaurants.

For the energetic there are many leisure activities nearby including surfing, bathing, horse riding, fishing, gliding, sailing, golf and tennis or you can just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful location.
