Beacon Cottage Farm Holidays - Dog Friendly Accommodation in Cornwall

Beacon cottage farm is a traditional working family farm of approximately 400 acres. It is mixed beef and arable farm with a home bred herd of beef cows and calves. We also have a 60 pitch camping park and during the summer months guests staying in the cottages are welcome to use the park facilities, ie. Children's play area, dog's exercise field and daily delivery of fresh bread, milk, eggs and newspapers.

The farm is situated in beautiful countryside a few hundred yards from the sea and in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Heritage Coast. We enjoy spectacular sea and coastal views and are just a few minutes walk from the South West Coastal path. This is a wonderful area for walking and from the cottages you have access to miles of peaceful winding tracks and paths along the coast and secluded valleys.



Our family have worked the farm for many generations and we have welcomed visitors here since 1927, we look forward to welcoming you to Beacon Cottage Farm and to this very special part of Cornwall.

Every season has something different to offer - in spring and summer the walls and hedges are a mass of wild flowers while in autumn and winter months the gorse and heather form a carpet of colour on the hillside.

St Agnes is an ideal centre for touring Cornwall with the beautiful cathedral city of Truro, our main shopping centre, just 10 miles away and the Eden Project, Maritime Museum and Tate Gallery within easy reach.

Croft and Bramble Cottages
Croft and Bramble dog friendly cottages are built and equipped to the highest standard and are accessed through their own private gardens with picnic table and barbecue.

Each has a fully fitted pine kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washer drier. A cot and highchair are available if required.

A cosy and comfortably furnished sitting room with woodburner, colour TV, video and music centre.

The cost of all electricity, oil and gas is included in the rental.

The bathrooms are tastefully tiled and fitted with a bath, power shower, W.C. and wash basin.

Both cottages have one double bedroom with pine bed and furniture and one twin bedroom also in pine.

Bramble cottage is single story, so there are no stairs to negotiate. There is full oil fired central heating with radiators in each room plus a woodburner in the inglenook fireplace. Both cottages have private parking beside the gardens.

Croft cottage has bedrooms upstairs, the double bedroom has an ensuite toilet and wash basin and the twin bedroom has a wash basin.

There is gas central heating and plenty of hot water plus a wood burner for added cosiness.

All bed linen and duvets etc are provided and beds made up for your arrival. A cot and highcahair are available if required.
