Great Western - Dog Friendly Beach in Newquay, Cornwall.
Bright sunshine greeted me for this winter re-visit.
The tide was low, allowing beach access to neighbouring Tolcarne and Towan beaches.
This is a great beach to look out from, the view taking in Newquay harbour and stretching round towards Trevose Head lighthouse.
Weekending beach goers were enjoying a respite from the winter storms, which had left their destructive mark on these beaches and the buildings behind them.
