With stunning countryside views, the former Wesleyan schoolhouse retains many of its original character features but has been given a high-spec and stylish makeover which includes a huge ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space.

The outside space
The double glass doors lead to the patio area which enjoys stunning views that sweep down the Tamar Valley towards Cotehele and the River Tamar.

Enjoy alfresco dining with our comfy furniture set which including sun loungers, a table and chairs and BBQ set.

This south-facing suntrap can enjoy some pretty spectacular sunrises and sunsets and if you're lucky you may see resident deer, foxes and sparrowhawks.

All guests receive a Cornish themed welcome hamper, which includes confectionary, fresh eggs from our free-range hens, milk and basic food supplies ie condiments, etc. However, we can tailor an arrival or mid-stay package to suit your requirements.

Surprise your loved one with one of our romantic packages which can include fresh flowers, champagne, chocolates, petals, balloons and banners.

For the adventure seekers, we can also arrange activities such as standup paddleboarding on the River Tamar or Whitsand Bay, kayaking, coasteering, surfing, go-karting and more.

Early check-in/out is also available upon request.

The Location
The quaint and former mining village of Harrowbarrow lies around 7 miles southwest of the Dartmoor town Tavistock and is perfectly situated in the heart of Cornwall meaning that many of the Southwest's must-visit destinations including The Eden Project, Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor, Tintagel Castle and Whitsand Bay are less than one hour away.
