What makes Little Pinnock so special for your holiday, is that not only do you have your own private garden to enjoy but a further 12 acres of grounds. The rural setting and woods are the perfect place for kids to be kids, build dens and have their own Cornish adventure. We have often sat at the edge of the woods in the evening with a G&T and watched the wild deer and badgers at play while Kestrels hover lazily above. For dog owners it is paradise, your dog can have all the exercise it needs without leaving the grounds.

Each of the houses can be booked individually, yet we often have families hiring two or three for larger occasions such as weddings or landmark birthdays. We have even had celebrities arriving by private helicopter and landing in the large field. Yet you are only a stones throw away from the coast and the restaurants of Fowey.

Long house as you would guess from its name, is long in appearance and offers a large open plan living area, with high-beamed ceilings, a log burner, wooden floors and under floor heating through out. It is surrounded by its own gardens with areas perfect to sit and enjoy a book or watch the kids play.

Little Pinnock Pella is full of charm with a large high-beamed sitting room and open fireplace. But our favourite part of Pella is the large south-facing terrace overlooking the gardens that lead on to fields and down to a stream. It is perfect for catching the sun all day and watching the stars by night.
