We are a family run business, now in its 4th generation. Offering a selection of self catering accommodation in tranquil locations close to the award-winning coastal resort of Bude, North Cornwall.

From converted barns, large farmhouses and traditional Cornish cottages to contemporary houses and a cosy retreat for two, we believe we offer something special for everyone. Our selection of self catering accommodation is fully equipped with everything that you will need during your stay.

Onsite facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor play area, animal feeding, games room, tennis court, catering service and spa treatments. You’ll find hot tubs and pets welcome in selected properties too!

 Make us your Cornish ‘home from home’ and discover the spectacular North Cornish coastline and countryside. We love to treat our guests as friends and extended family while giving you the space to enjoy your holiday.

Dog Friendly
We are very much a dog friendly holiday destination, welcoming you and your pet throughout year. Because at Court Farm Holidays we understand that your pet is one of the family and you don’t want to leave your four-legged friend behind.

There’s acres of space around Court Farm and a host of wonderful walks on the doorstep for your and your dog to explore. Step out of your door and take a stroll along the fascinating Bude canal. Take a loop around our local woods, or explore the footpaths across the fields to the stunning beach of Widemouth Bay.

Honeysuckle Cottage (sleeps 4 + 2 dogs)
Get away from it all with a stay at Honeysuckle Cottage, the largest of our Cornish Cottages, combining the charm of a traditional cornish cottage with all the modern comforts you’d expect.   With its beautiful features such as its wobbly walls, twisted Oak beams, deep-set windows, slate flooring and wood-burning stove, nestled in the original inglenook fireplace, you can’t help but fall under its spell from the moment you walk through the door.

Sycamore (sleeps 6 + 2 dogs)
Light, spacious and modern, Sycamore  country house is contemporary , perfect for a family celebration or to just get away from it all. Sycamore is a superb, stylish property with oak flooring, lounge with leather sofas, inset wood-burning stove and patio doors leading to its own private garden with luxury six-person hot tub – featuring the latest spa technology and 48 jets! Sycamore & Chestnut are located next to each other and have an interlinking garden gate, making them perfect for two families holidaying together. From surfing or sunbathing at the beautiful nearby beaches to enjoying the many on-site facilities at Court Farm, including the indoor heated swimming pool, campfires and spa beauty treatments, Sycamore is your own piece of holiday heaven.

Little Northcott (sleeps 8 + 3 dogs)
Little Northcott is a beautiful access – friendly four-bedroom property tucked away in a secluded corner of our working farm in the valley of Northcott. Perfect for large families or two families holidaying together, the property has spacious living accommodation for up to eight people. Little Northcott also has a large private enclosed garden with raised patio with luxury hot tub. Stylish and contemporary, Little Northcott is only a 15 minute walk from the dog-friendly beach of Northcott Mouth and the Cornish Coast Path, and two miles from the popular seaside resort of Bude, with its wealth of activities, restaurants and pubs (the local village pub is only half a mile away.)

Lower Northcott Farmhouse (sleeps 17 + 4 dogs)
Lower Northcott is a stunning Georgian farmhouse, set on our working farm at Northcott and within walking distance of the beautiful North Cornish beach of Northcott Mouth. With breathtaking views throughout, the property sleeps 17 and is the perfect place for a family reunion or celebration. The house has nine bedrooms – including an annexe with double bedroom and snug for anyone in your party who wants a bit of added privacy – two lounges, wood-burning stoves and a heated cellar with pool table.

Outside there is a large secure enclosed garden with children’s play area, raised patio and also a more sheltered outside dining area with charcoal BBQ in summer months from where guests can take in the view down to the local beach of Northcott Mouth which is only a 15-20 minute walk away down a private farm lane

The Farmhouse features  two hot-tubs in which to relax and unwind at the end of each day.
