“A few weeks ago I ordered a medium personalised shopper bag as a birthday gift for my friend. I left plenty of time in case you might have a long delivery window but was delighted to have personal service from Sarah immediately including phone contact especially as there was a problem with the size photo I required as I only wanted part of the image to be included. Nothing was too much trouble and Sarah was meticulous about getting my requirements absolutely correct. The final result was beautiful and arrived with me in less than a week after I placed the original order. It was my friend's birthday last week and she was delighted with her gift - opening it in a dimly lit pub to exclaim 'that looks just like Alfie, where did you get such a good likeness' to which I replied ' that's because it IS Alfie!!'
