St Helier, the island’s cosmopolitan capital, is three and a half miles away around the beautiful curve of St Aubin’s bay. On St Aubin’s beach, you will find a variety of water sports and excellent and safe bathing.

When the property was first built, it is believed that it served as the stables to one of the nearby Merchants’ Houses. It was first sold as a separate entity as part of a bankruptcy settlement in 1796 and since then it has had a number of uses, including serving the thriving local boat building industry.
