An experience just for two!

Our hand-built dog-friendly cabin is just a short distance from the coast and the lovely historic town of Cardigan. Den by the Stream sits alone in the corner of a three and a half acre meadow (fenced) with a beautiful stream running beside it; with a backdrop of woodland and a soundtrack of gently cascading water and birdsong.

A den for grown-ups
Comfy and cosy rural retreat and surprisingly spacious too. Off-grid with impressive eco-credentials: Harvested rainwater shower heated from grass compost and gravity-fed straight to the ensuite; solar energy for lighting with USB and standard Power Point (600w max); compost loo; organic toiletries and cleaning products; recycled double glazed windows and insulation; repurposed and vintage decor and furnishings.

Just for two!
Secluded and private with no other accommodation on site!  With no day to day distractions, you'll have time to reconnect, chill out and just be with each other (and your dog is welcome too). Explore the historic little dog friendly town of Cardigan on the stunning Teifi estuary or take a boat trip to see the resident dolphins in Cardigan Bay. Have lunch in an old pub, tucked away down by the seashore, after exploring one of the many rocky coves and beaches nearby or walk along the stunning cliffs on the Wales Coastal Path running right through Cardigan.

With your very own stream
Running right behind the cabin is your very own stream! With trees and lush vegetation all around, sitting comfortably on one of the hand made benches it's easy to while away a few hours with a good book; the sound of running water and bird song in the background. If your dog/s get restless you don't need to go far! We have a three and a half-acre meadow with tracks cut through it and stock fenced all round so your dogs can enjoy their freedom while you walk them around the field.
