Stunning sunsets, sea views and a relaxed, friendly vibe – Garth View campsite has it all. Garth View is a very small, family-run campsite, a stone’s throw from the Ceredigion coast, offering campers a warm Welsh welcome this summer.

We now have extra facilities with 5 hardstanding pitches, 10m width and 12m depth (includes a small area of grass measuring 3m width and 12m depth)

Set in an unrivalled location within walking distance of the Ceredigion Coast Path and the beautiful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron, Garth View overlooks a beautiful valley boasting unbeatable sunsets - why not have a campfire and marvel at the evening views and starry night sky?

Nearby are two conveniences stores and all the amenities of the bustling town of Aberaeron - with plenty of popular restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from.

​Only seven miles down the coast, you will find the stunning fishing village of New Quay with its gorgeous golden sands and harbour.  Why not take a trip from here to see the seals and dolphins of Cardigan Bay.

​Take a drive further down the coast to visit even more spectacular golden beaches - Llangrannog, Tresaith, Penbryn, Mwnt and Aberporth are all worth a visit. Then go on to Cardigan where you can visit the Castle and the local theatre and cinema, Theatr Mwldan.

Cardigan, the gateway to the Teifi Valley is the main town at the northern end of the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastal path and the southern tip of the Ceredigion Coast path.

​Or head north to Aberystwyth, the centre of West Wales and home to a university and the National Library. Take a walk down the promenade – the jewel in the crown of Aber - which offers space to sit, soak up the sun and view the surrounding hills; or take a walk into town to visit the castle, local museum and an excellent choice of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes along with other local attractions such as Constitution Hill, Aberystwyth Arts Centre, Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway, and nearby Devil’s Bridge waterfalls, Bwlch Nant Yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre an established Red Kite feeding site with multiple outdoor trails, the Silver Mountain Experience plus the Ultimate Xscape and more.

The campsite welcomes tents, motorhomes, caravans and is dog friendly.
New for 2025 - hard-standing pitches with drainage and water hook-up.
(Please note there are no electric hook-ups at present).

Two bathrooms (including hot showers, sinks & toilets), two single toilets and a separate washing area.
Outside cold water sink.

Why not book our pod?
Situated on a hard gravel pitch, inside there is a comfortable king size bed
and a double pull out sofa bed. Lights and electric sockets for laptops/phone charging.
Outside the pod is a table with chairs and fire pit.
for those cosy evenings watching our beautiful sunset views.
The pod is designed to sleep 2 adults and 2 children.
but it can sleep 4 adults at a squeeze with the sofa bed.
