With over 15 years’ experience in the dog care industry and a lifetime of sharing our lives with our own dogs, we understand exactly what makes dogs happy and comfortable. Our carers are fully insured, licenced by the Local Authority, and regularly inspected to maintain the highest standards.

We believe that dogs, who are used to living closely with their owners, should continue to enjoy a family environment while you are away. Our carers follow your existing routines and provide all the love, care and attention your dog is accustomed to. Unlike other services, we do not charge a registration fee and we keep our pricing simple without varying fees depending on the size of your dog.

Every one of our carers is carefully selected, interviewed, and inspected before joining the Wessex Dog Boarding team. They are independently licenced under the Animal Welfare Act 2018, covered by our liability insurance, and will only ever look after one customer’s dog or dogs at a time. For extra safety, dogs are never walked off-lead. This means your pet receives total attention and care in a safe and secure environment.

Our home boarding service is designed to be simple and stress-free. Step one is a detailed conversation about your dog and their individual needs. Step two matches you with the most suitable carer, giving you the opportunity to meet them at their home with your dog.
