No. 21 York Bed & Breakfast (B&B) Guest House Accommodation offers a choice of nine clean & comfortable rooms, a warm and homely welcome as well as a great Yorkshire Breakfast - all within a stones throw of York City Centre.

Pet Friendly Room:
Room 1 (the pet friendly room) is located on the entrance level of the property and offers a king size double bed and modern en-suite shower room. Positioned at the rear of the property and with the traditional Victorian high ceilings, this rooms is flooded with morning light and offers a bright & airy feel.



Facilities include a LED Smart TV's, radio/alarm with bluetooth connectivity, mini fridges with fresh milk & complimentary Harrogate Spa mineral waters, fully stocked hospitality tray with home-made biscuits & Taylor's of Harrogate Teas & Coffees, hair dryers, toweling bath robes & slippers, iron & ironing board, complimentary Mischief Toiletries bag from H2K of Harrogate and free wifi access throughout the property.

No.21 York is situated in a beautiful conservation area of St.Mary’s, York and our home is almost two centuries old. Thankfully every effort has been taken to preserve its original character. Many of our rooms feature grand high ceilings and original cornicing - with the odd creaky floorboard too!

Due to our historic and conservation status we do not have a lift, so if you can’t manage stairs easily - there is a set of seven steps leading up to the Front Entrance from the road and a magnificent staircase to the upper floors - please do ask us in advance for a room on a lower floor (our team are always available to help with luggage). Given our central location on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of York, please also note that room sizes can be smaller than you might be used to in out-of-town locations.



Please note that there is a set of stairs to the Front Entrance limiting accessible access to the property. This is also the room offered for guests wishing to bring their pets with them – bedding, food & water bowls are available on request.

Breakfast:
We offer a choice of a Traditional Yorkshire Breakfast, a Continental Breakfast or Seasonal Fruit Pancakes, all of which are made from products sourced within 20 mile radius of our B&B and served in our Bay Fronted Breakfast Room. Breakfast is served between 8.00 & 9.30am – for service outside of these times is available by prior arrangement.
