 The Laughing Seagull is a charming 2-bedroom, fully heated, former railway cottage, offering beautiful holiday accommodation at any time of the year. Just a short walk from the quaint fishing village of Seahouses and the breath-taking Northumberland coastline, the cottage provides a superb base for a lovely holiday in this stunning part of the world.  Downstairs there is a large kitchen living area featuring a cosy wood burner and delightful conservatory - a perfect sociable space.

Sleeping a maximum of 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, the large master bedroom has a king size bed with Smart TV and cast- iron decorative fireplace. The coastal themed 2nd bedroom has twin beds. The modern upstairs shower room has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Outside there are front and rear enclosed gardens so you can always find that sunny spot! The front lawned garden with bench, is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The rear private garden is perfect for al fresco dining with large table, chairs, outdoor lighting, BBQ and chiminea for those cooler evenings.

Location
The Laughing Seagull is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the traditional village of North Sunderland less than a mile from the quaint fishing village of Seahouses (known as the gateway to the Farne Islands) and the stunning Northumberland coastline. The breath-taking coastal villages of Bamburgh and Beadnell lie either side of Seahouses, both less than a 15-minute drive away.
