Located on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, they are an ideal “away from it all” escape to a quiet corner of rural England. On the other hand, first-time visitors will be agreeably surprised at how much there is to do and see in Lincolnshire and its neighbouring counties.

The Chaffhouse
Lounge, dining kitchen, ground floor shower room with toilet and basin; two bedrooms – one double and one single. A convertible double sofa bed is located on mezzanine above lounge.

The Granary
Lounge, dining kitchen, bath and shower room with toilet and basin; spiral staircase from lounge leading to two bedrooms – one double and one twin (comprising standard 3ft wide single bed and smaller 2ft 6in. wide single bed).

The Stable
Open plan lounge with dining and kitchen area; shower room with toilet and basin; three bedrooms – one double, one twin (located in upstairs gallery area) and one single. A convertible double sofa bed is located in the living room.

Idyllic Location
Old Barn Cottages are located in Great Sturton, a tiny hamlet on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This part of the country is still one of the quietest and least-spoiled parts of rural England. The cottages are not far from Horncastle (five miles) – a picturesque Georgian market town famed as the antiques centre of Lincolnshire.
