“I tried to make an appointment for our small dog with her this morning. No Saturdays available unless one of her regulars decides to drop out and must be 2 hours before closing during the week. This is all perfectly reasonable but her unwelcoming manner discouraged me from negotiating a time that I could get out of work to drop my dog with her during the week.”
